We can save a lot of money and time by  beginning our construction on a piece of land that is close enough to community! With basic services, supplies, and utilities close by we can reach the step 3 with an agreement that will collectively help the land owner. Our team can help with farming, gardening, or basic labor as trades for use of the property. These trades for labor will improve our chances of success.
